PRODUCT INFO

Comfort Foam

The primary property of Comfort Foam is its superior thermal resistance. As an energy conserver, it has some very important advantages over other insulation materials. When sprayed in place, Comfort Foam does not have seams or joints, thereby eliminating air leakage. Used correctly, the performance-life of Comfort Foam is equal to that of the building to which it is applied.

NCFI Polyurethanes

NCFI Polyurethanes provide a number of benefits over traditional insulations. For starters, they eliminate the need for home wrap by drastically lower heating and cooling bills. They also help prevent insect penetration while keeping out pollen and dust. NCFI Polyurethanes also provide a more effective layer of protection against outdoor noise. And last but not least, using NCFI Polyurethanes help maintain a stronger structure - keeping it in superior condition for decades to come.

BioBased 501

Relatively new to the Nickerson-Remick product offering, BioBased 501 is a spray-in-place, soybean oil-based, polyurethane foam. This water-blown foam does not contain formaldehyde, and it does not emit CFC’s or HCFC’s. And because it utilizes the renewable resource of soybeans - a crop grown right here in the US - it’s not just a highly effective way to conserve energy, but an environmentally responsible way to do it.

Resin Technology Company

Permax® is the Resin Technology Company’s Sprayed Polyurethane Insulation System. It’s designed to restrict the flow of heat from inside to outside once a comfortable temperature has been reached, making it one of the best ways to ensure a structure is as energy efficient as possible.

Developed over 40 years ago, Permax is now used to insulate everything from water heaters to refrigerators, and any place where true insulation performance is important.

Meeting all the requirements of the International Building Code, Permax reduces air infiltration, saves on construction costs, controls moisture, insulates open beam ceilings without venting, and will never shrink or settle.
