Comfort Foam

The primary property of Comfort Foam is its superior thermal resistance. As an energy conserver, it has some very important advantages over other insulation materials. When sprayed in place, Comfort Foam does not have seams or joints, thereby eliminating air leakage. BioBased 501

Relatively new to the Nickerson-Remick product offering, BioBased 501 is a spray-in-place, soybean oil-based, polyurethane foam. This water-blown foam does not contain formaldehyde, and it does not emit CFC’s or HCFC’s. And because it utilizes the renewable resource of soybeans - a crop grown right here in the US - it’s not just a highly effective way to conserve energy, but an environmentally responsible way to do it.
