"I got two other estimates - one for $6000 & one for $7000 - (one estimator was just a no show, no call) - Matt St. Pierre was the only one who actually hauled a ladder off his truck and went up on the roof to look at the roof! The other guys just took measurements of the place & whipped out their calculators! They saw a bundle of $ and that's it. Yes, Matt told me he'd seen that the roof didn't have long before it needed replacement, But I could delay it for a short period. (Which I need to do for financial reasons). You can be sure that the only people I will ever allow on my roof will be Nickerson-Remick. I have two roofs to do in the next couple of years, because I also have a rental to maintain.
